Junior Account Manager - online
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a colleague with a focus on online products to join our sales department.
In this position, it is important for us to have a serious attitude, a sense of responsibility, a willingness to learn new things and, of course, a passion for games and their sales.
Duties and responsibilities:
• general overview of the functioning of the sales department,
• partial management and orientation of our products,
• acquiring new customers,
• care and support for our customers,
• completing orders for the sales department,
• ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• experience in a similar position
• experience with CRM system,
• business acumen,
• knowledge of English and Czech language at a communicative level,
• reliability, pleasant demeanour,
• ability to work independently and in a team.
