Job description:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with operators in the iGaming industry
  • General overview of the functioning of the sales department
  • Partial management and orientation of our products
  • Care and support for our VIP customers
  • Ensuring the satisfaction of our customers
  • Work with operators on new game launches and promotions
  • Help us and our customers optimise game performance
  • Work with and help advise internal teams on product and sales strategies
  • Work with the technical teams to help manage customer integrations

Requirements:

  • A great understanding of the iGaming Market with at least 2 years experience in the industry.
  • The ability to communicate ideas to customers and internal teams
  • Knowledge of the English language at a business level
  • Reliability and pleasant demeanour
  • Being self-driven and organised, able to work independently, pro-actively solving problems and identifying opportunities for growth and improvements
  • Ability to work independently but also in a team
